1. Services Provided

All Power Power Wash LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services in Morris County and surrounding areas of New Jersey, including but not limited to: house washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, roof soft washing, deck and patio cleaning, commercial pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and garbage can sanitizing.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any service request at any time.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Quotes and estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed at the time of service, including but not limited to property size, level of buildup, accessibility, and additional services requested on-site.

We do not provide binding pricing online. All pricing is confirmed prior to beginning work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are confirmed by phone or email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions (including rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions) without penalty. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to find an alternative date.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a service, you agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas to be serviced.
• Remove vehicles, furniture, decorations, or items that may obstruct or be damaged during cleaning.
• Secure or remove pets and children from the work area during service.
• Close all windows, doors, and vents prior to and during service.
• Notify us in advance of any known fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or special conditions.

All Power Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from the customer's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For commercial accounts, net 15 terms may be available upon prior agreement.

Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collection fees and attorney's costs.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge, provided the issue is within the scope of the original service.

Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions that cannot be resolved with standard power washing techniques, nor conditions disclosed to the customer before service began.

7. Limitation of Liability

All Power Power Wash LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of property damage directly caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total cost of the service performed.

We are not liable for: pre-existing damage or deterioration; damage resulting from improper prior repairs or installations; paint, caulking, or coatings that are improperly bonded or aging; water intrusion through pre-existing gaps, cracks, or failed seals; or damage to property that was not disclosed prior to service.

8. Roof Soft Wash Disclaimer

Roof soft washing is performed using low-pressure techniques and industry-standard biodegradable solutions. We follow manufacturer-recommended procedures. However, due to the variable condition of roofing materials, we are not responsible for damage to shingles or materials that are already brittle, deteriorating, or improperly installed.

Customers are advised to have their roof professionally inspected prior to soft wash services if they have concerns about its condition.

9. Use of Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. All content is the property of All Power Power Wash LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Use of our quote form constitutes consent to be contacted by our team.

We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues on the website. Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Morris County, New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
